A. Information Collected Through the Website

B. Information Collected Through the App

App Data:

  • Location data is temporary and retained only during active navigation sessions.
  • Route history is stored locally for up to thirty (30) days, if enabled by the user.
  • Diagnostic and analytics data may be retained for up to twelve (12) months.

You may manage or revoke the App's access to location data at any time through your device settings:

The Services are not directed to children under thirteen (13) years of age in the United States, or sixteen (16) years of age in jurisdictions where such threshold applies. We do not knowingly collect personal information from such individuals.

10. International Transfers

If you are located outside the United States, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in the United States or other jurisdictions that may not provide equivalent levels of data protection. Where required, we will implement appropriate safeguards, including the use of Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
